Note: This refund policy applies to our service fees only. University application fees, tuition, visa fees, exam registration fees, and other third-party payments are non-refundable once paid to the respective institutions, subject to their own policies.
1. Consultation Services
Initial consultation and assessment services are provided free of charge. No refund is applicable for free services.
2. Training Courses (HSK / CSCA)
For our language training and exam preparation courses:
- Before course start: Full refund of course fees if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Within first week: 70% refund if cancellation is made within the first 7 days of the course, minus fees for classes already attended.
- After first week: No refund for cancellations made after the first week of classes.
- Study materials: Once provided, study materials are non-refundable.
3. University Application Services
For our university application service packages:
- Before application submission: 50% refund of service fees if you cancel before we submit your applications to universities.
- After application submission: No refund once applications have been submitted to universities, as the majority of our work has been completed.
- Application rejection: No refund if your application is rejected by the university. We will provide feedback and may offer discounted services for reapplication.
4. Scholarship Application Services
For scholarship application assistance:
- Before submission: 50% refund if cancellation is made before scholarship application submission.
- After submission: No refund once the scholarship application has been submitted.
- Scholarship outcome: We do not guarantee scholarship awards. No refund is provided if a scholarship is not awarded, as this is determined by the scholarship committee.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- University application fees paid directly to universities
- Tuition fees paid to universities
- Visa application fees
- HSK/CSCA exam registration fees
- Travel and accommodation expenses
- Study materials once provided
- Services already fully rendered
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your refund request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. Bank transfer fees may apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with the following information:
- Your full name
- Service or course name
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
- Serious medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Death of an immediate family member (with documentation)
- Other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion
