4. Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on the specific services requested. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before any service begins. University application fees, tuition, visa fees, travel expenses, and other third-party costs are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making any payments.

As a client, you agree to:

  • Pay all required fees on time

To the maximum extent permitted by law, China-Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by you.
